The Villa is located in a zone called Villaggio Sant'Agata, a small town of fishermen transformed in a residential zone also because of the nearby university and Papardo Hospital. The road that brings you to the Villa is directly connected to the square of the town.
A few steps away there are grocery shops, bar, church, post office, Tobacco shop, and all the useful activities including pub and cinema, and obviously the beach.
By public transport, in the opposite direction, you can easily reach the Regional Museum, which houses masterpieces by Caravaggio, Antonello da Messina, etc., and the city centre.
